What you're buying

A placement on TopBid: your title, message and link, displayed on the front page and ranked by the amount you paid. You are not buying a guaranteed position or duration — anyone can outbid you at any time. All payments are final and non-refundable.

What you can't post

Anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights; malware, phishing or scams; content aimed at minors; anything that impersonates another person or brand. We remove placements that break these rules without notice or refund, and may block repeat offenders.

Links and redirects

Visitors who click your placement are sent to the link you provided. TopBid doesn't control, endorse, or take responsibility for linked sites. You must own or have the right to promote the destination.

Availability

We aim to keep TopBid online at all times but don't guarantee uptime. We may change how the service works, including pricing rules, at any time.
